Get skinny competition under way

The contestants in the weight loss competition are
anime babe - 176.6 lbs
bazkaz - 177 lbs
weirfire - 187.6 lbs
palespyder - 274 lbs
I was reading this thing in one of these fitness magazines that with just 35 calories and 40 percent of your daily vitamin C apiece–plus a bounty of cancer fighting lycopene in every bite–tomatoes are one of the best vegetables you can eat. That sucks considering I dont like tomatoes!
If you dont mind letting the competition know what you’re up to, give us some ideas about what you’re doing in your efforts to win the competition.

yeah we call it ketchup but more often than not its tomatoe sauce or red sauce. ![]()
I’m with you Stephen. I don’t like tomatoes, but I do like ketchup, tomato soup, pasta sauce… wierd.
As far as the competition I started working out before I go to work in the mornings. Most aerobic stuff with some stretching. Trying to focus on my stomache since it’s the worst part. We’ll see how it goes… Good luck to all!

I should be in town, but I’m just worried I may forget to get on and post it on the 25th. May help everyone what with all the excitement and different traditions that people have. Any chance we could move the day to the 23rd or 26th? Just an idea.

I forgot to ask this before but is anyone else keeping track of their waist measurements? I’ve been measuring myself before every workout. It’s really my focus to lose inches, and not worry so much about actual weight.
I’ve not really been on top of working out, so I need to catch up. I have a 30 minute aerobic routine I’m doing every day this week..then go back to every other day.
