If you're listed with them, then don't get that number barred as it'll stop them from contacting you to confirm your company's listed details in the YellowPages. I called ecoute to cancel and spoke with one of there customer service agents who explained that they activley seek orange customers and make them aware of being able to upgrade early. Orange have never contacted me regarding a early uograde. Im thankfull ecoute contacted me, i was going to pay a excess charge of £30 via orange for a new one on the insurance as my original had broken, they saved me this charge and supplied me with a better mobile phone. I found the process extremely easy, i recieved the phone the next day. I upgraded my handset through them and it has been noting but amazing customer service, infact it was better service than I got from Orange thereselves. There are a lot of dodgy companies out there but this company is not one of them. Although I had a few months still left to run on my contract I was able to upgrade early because I was a high spender. I have changed my Tariff with these guys and I now save over 40 pounds a month.
