		<description>I'm a nitpicker, but I'd modify your definitions just a bit:

&lt;em&gt;Copyrighting:&lt;/em&gt; Claiming non-perpetual exclusive rights to use a certain creative production.

&lt;em&gt;Copywriting:&lt;/em&gt; Writing "copy", writing any text usually for advertising or promotion of an idea, company or product.</description>
