Just having a chat with a translator today about the deadline for a project. He is based in Eastern Europe and we had the following conversation;

Weirfire: So the deadline would be 9 1/2 hours from now
Translator:Â My time?
Weirfire: 9 and a half hours from now means that it doesn’t matter whether it’s your time or my time! LOL
Funny how you can get confused when working out the time difference.
